Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Foxi AI account and its associated data at any time, for free — no need to open the app.

Send us an email and we'll take care of the rest. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to zubair@zeepalm.com with the subject "Delete My Foxi AI Account".
- Include the email address used in your Foxi AI account or purchase profile, so we can find your account.
- We may ask for a basic verification step to make sure nobody but you can request the deletion.
What gets deleted
- Your Foxi AI account profile and associated app account records.
- Any support records directly linked to your account identifier.
What may be retained
- Records required by law (for example, billing, tax, or fraud-prevention logs) for the legally required retention period.
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you.
